What’s happening?
Assistance is required to change the admin account across all environments from the current account ID to a new account ID.
 

Reason:
The administrator account continues to display the old domain despite the successful migration of all users to the new domain using the AD Migration Tool. The new domain account user must be added to the LCS project as Environment Administrator/Project Owner before proceeding with the change.
 

Resolution:

  1. Ensure that the new domain account user is added to the LCS project as Environment Administrator/Project Owner.
  2. Follow the documented process to update the environment admin by referring to the Microsoft documentation:
  3. Update the environment administrator - Finance & Operations | Dynamics 365 | Microsoft Learn.
  4. If the environment admin on LCS does not reflect the changes in the Power Platform environment, manually assign the new admin account as necessary.
  5. Verify the changes in the system after the update. If issues persist, further assistance may be required.
