Unable to disable the Business Unit scoping feature for Real-Time Journeys after initially enabling it.

Reason:

This behavior is by design. Once Business Unit scoping is enabled for Real-Time Journeys, it cannot be disabled.

Resolution:

As per the current design and documented behavior, once the Business Unit scoping feature is enabled for Real-Time Journeys, there is no available option to disable it. This is an expected behavior stated in the official documentation: Business unit support in real-time journeys - Dynamics 365 Customer | Microsoft Learn.
