What's happening?

An error occurs when attempting to activate double opt-in within the compliance profile.

Reason:

The brand profile had no default sender provisioned, or multiple default senders were provisioned across different brand profiles.

Resolution:

Ensure that exactly one default sender is provisioned for the brand profile. Provision a default sender if none exists, and remove additional default senders if multiple are provisioned across different brand profiles.

  1.  Navigate to Settings -> Brand profiles.
  2.  Select the brand profile being used. 
  3.  Click on the Senders tab. Verify there is a sender and it is marked as default.
