What's happening?

Customers using Customer Insights Journeys are seeing the entitlement for interacted people is incorrectly showing 2,000 instead of the expected default of 10,000.

Reason:

The cause was identified as a misunderstanding of the quota limit versus the entitlement for interacted people.

Resolution:

  • Verify the purchased licenses and manage installations to ensure correct entitlements.
  • Confirm that the base license includes the entitlement for 10,000 interacted people at the tenant level.
