To resolve this, perform the following steps:
- Verify the shortened URL by testing it on multiple devices (Android and iPhone) and different networks (Wi-Fi and mobile data).
- If the URL works on other devices and networks, instruct the affected user to disconnect from their current network and switch to mobile data or another network.
- Confirm if the issue persists after changing networks. If the links function correctly on an alternative network, the issue is confirmed to be network-related on the user's side.
- Recommend the user to contact their network administrator or IT support to investigate and resolve potential network restrictions or certificate validation issues.
