What's happening?
When creating a customer journey for push notifications, the application dropdown menu does not display any available applications.
Reason:
This occurs due to the configured mobile application and the user's business unit (BU) not being under the same business unit, especially when the feature switch for BU scoping is enabled.
Resolution:
Ensure that the mobile application and the user's business unit are configured under the same business unit. Verify and adjust the business unit settings accordingly to resolve this.
