What's happening?
Users observe a tab named "Events Attended" on the contact main form is not visible.
Reason:
The contact form has an active customization layer present, causing the "Events Attended" tab to not populate on the form, despite being present in the backend.
Resolution:
Remove the active customization from the contact form. Once the customization is removed, the "Events Attended" tab will become visible and function as expected. For information on managing the active unmanaged layer, refer to View solution layers | Microsoft Learn.
