What's happening?

Users assigned with Dynamics 365 Contact Center licenses are unable to see or access the Dynamics 365 Contact Center workspace, even though they have the appropriate licenses and roles assigned.

Reason:

The Dynamics 365 Contact Center workspace (CCw) and Customer Service workspace (CSw) cannot be used simultaneously within the same organization. 

Resolution:

To use the Dynamics 365 Contact Center workspace, the customer must create a new environment from the Power Platform Admin Center and deploy the "Contact Center" app during provisioning. Existing organizations already utilizing the Customer Service workspace will not be able to simultaneously display the Contact Center workspace.
