What's happening?
Users are unable to configure survey reminders in Dynamics 365 Customer Voice.
Reason:
The survey reminder functionality was an old preview feature that was discontinued. The related entity (msfp_surveyreminder) remains in the system as a placeholder but does not currently support any operational functionality.
Resolution:
The survey reminder feature in Dynamics 365 Customer Voice is not supported as it was discontinued during the preview phase. The existing entity (msfp_surveyreminder) is non-functional and serves only as a placeholder for potential future implementation. There are no actionable steps available to configure survey reminders at this time.
