What's happening?

The Submit button on the live chat survey from Customer Voice displays black font color, making it difficult to read against certain theme colors. The font color needs to be changed to white to comply with brand guidelines.

Reason:

The font color of the Submit button automatically changes based on the selected theme color in Customer Voice. If the button color is dark enough, the text on the button becomes white, and vice versa. After applying a specific theme color (e.g., ed1c24), the font color changed from white to black, causing readability issues and violating brand guidelines.

Resolution:

The font color of the Submit button in Customer Voice is automatically determined by the system based on the selected theme color. If the button color is dark enough, the text on the button becomes white; if the button color is lighter, the text becomes black. This behavior is by design and cannot be manually changed or customized by users.
