What's happening?
Customers embedding a Customer Voice (CV) form on their website would like the form to automatically populate user details such as name and email address based on the information captured when users sign into the website. Specifically, the requirement is to have these details pre-filled in the answers section of the form rather than referenced through the questions.
Reason:
The current design and functionality of Customer Voice (CV) does not support automatically populating survey answers with user information captured from website sign-in details.
Resolution:
The requested functionality to auto-populate survey answers with user details such as name and email address from website sign-in information is currently not supported in Customer Voice.
