What's happening?
Customer Voice survey responses are not synchronizing to the Common Data Service (CDS). Although survey data is visible when exported to Excel, it does not appear in the personalized data view within CRM.
Reason:
This is caused by a plugin dependency error. Specifically, the error log indicates a plugin-related issue with the following error message:
Condition for attribute 'xxxxxx': null is not a valid value for an attribute. Use 'Null' or 'NotNull' conditions instead.
Resolution:
Please review the custom plugins associated with the entities listed below. Temporarily disable them one at a time and verify whether the synchronization issue is resolved. If disabling a plugin resolves the issue, inspect the plugin code to ensure it is not causing any interference.
