What's happening?

Users with appropriate privileges (including admin privileges) are unable to rename or share a specific survey within Dynamics 365 Customer Voice. Attempts to rename or share the survey result in a timeout error.

Reason:

This could be caused by corruption in the specific project created previously, which prevents renaming or sharing actions. 

Resolution:

To resolve this, create a copy of the affected project. For complete steps to copy a Customer Voice Project, please go to Copy a Project. After copying, the new project can be successfully renamed and shared without encountering the previous errors.

NOTE: Survey response data and satisfaction metrics data aren't copied to the new project.
