What's happening?

Users inquire if it is possible to expose section headers and subheaders on the survey response or metrics reports within Dynamics 365 Customer Voice.

Reason:

Headers and subheaders in Dynamics 365 Customer Voice surveys are designed as decorative elements intended solely for visual formatting and separation within the survey form. They do not contain relevant reporting data and thus are not included in the response metrics page.

Resolution:

Currently, exposing section headers and subheaders on the survey response metrics page is not an available feature. The metrics page is specifically data-oriented, and headers and subheaders are considered design elements without relevant reporting data.
