What's happening?
When importing data through Excel Online or Excel files into Dynamics 365, mandatory fields without values are not validated, allowing the import to succeed without any errors.
Reason:
This behavior is by design.
Resolution:
To address this scenario, create a Pre-Validate Plugin to ensure mandatory fields are not null upon record creation through data import from Excel or Excel Online.
