What's happening?
Users are unable to sort the Sales Accelerator worklist by the Priority field for Activity Type Entities such as Task and Phone Call.
Reason:
The Sales Accelerator worklist sorting and filtering options are limited to predefined activity fields like Due Date. Although Priority is stored at the Activity entity level, it is not exposed by Microsoft for sorting within the Sales Accelerator worklist.
Resolution:
Currently, direct sorting by the Priority field from the Activity entity (Task, Phone Call) is not supported in Dynamics 365 Sales Accelerator. Standard customization options do not allow adding Priority as a sorting criterion.
However, users can customize the work item cards to display other relevant information. By default, the work item appearance customization is limited to certain entities only.
