What's happening?
The Incident (Case) entity is not available for the "Convert to PDF" feature in Dynamics 365.
Reason:
The convert to PDF feature is only supported for specific entities due to performance considerations and customer feedback regarding command bar load times and the real estate occupied by the "Convert to PDF" button in the command ribbon.
Resolution:
The "Convert to PDF" feature is currently supported only for the following entities:
- Accounts
- Contacts
- Leads
- Opportunities
- Quotes
- Orders
- Invoices
- Custom entities
The Incident (Case) entity is not supported, and there is no available workaround for enabling this feature for the Incident entity.
