Configuring and Using Microsoft Word Templates in Dynamics 365 Online

What's happening?

Users require assistance with installing and configuring Microsoft Word to generate and edit Word templates directly within Dynamics 365 Online.

Resolution:

Microsoft Word is integrated by default in Dynamics 365 Online. To create, edit, import, and export Word templates directly from Dynamics 365, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to Advanced Settings within your Dynamics 365 environment.
