What’s happening?

Customers request an option to recall or stop marketing emails that have already been delivered via Real Time Marketing in Dynamics 365.

Reason:

Once a marketing email message is accepted by the recipient's server, it is no longer stored or controlled by Dynamics 365 systems. At this point, the message is further processed and managed solely by the recipient's server.

Resolution:

It is not possible to recall or stop marketing emails that have already been delivered and accepted by the recipient's server. Dynamics 365 does not provide any functionality to recall emails once they have been delivered to the recipient's server.

To prevent further emails from being sent, it is recommended to stop the marketing campaign or email send operation as soon as possible.
