What’s happening?
Unable to enable Unified Routing in Dynamics 365 Customer Service Admin; the toggle appears disabled (greyed out).
Reason:
This behavior is by design for trial organizations, as all channels are pre-provisioned and ready for direct use without additional configuration.
Resolution:
For trial environments, no additional configuration is required to enable Unified Routing. Channels are pre-provisioned and can be used directly.
