Switching from Custom Kanban View to Subgrid View in Dynamics 365

What’s happening?

Users are able to switch from a subgrid view to a custom Kanban view in Dynamics 365 but are unable to switch back from the Kanban view to the subgrid view.

Reason:

Switching from a custom Kanban view back to a subgrid view is currently not supported on subgrids in Dynamics 365.

Resolution:

Switching from a custom Kanban view back to a subgrid view is currently not supported on subgrids. This is a known limitation within Dynamics 365.
