What’s happening?
After changing the Dynamics 365 environment URL, the integrated Dynamics 365 app in Microsoft Teams continues to display the old URL, preventing the app from opening correctly.
Reason:
The URL change in Dynamics 365 environment does not automatically synchronize with the existing integration in Microsoft Teams.
Resolution:
To resolve this, follow these specific steps, remove the Dynamics 365 app from Microsoft Teams, then reinstall it.
