What’s happening?

Customers using a custom chatbot integrated with Dynamics 365 are intermittently receiving "500 Internal Server Error" responses  when the chatbot interacts with Dynamics.

Reason:

This is caused by a misconfiguration in the service, specifically related to user resource routing. The error message observed is:
"Forwarding of post registration request failed with the following details: InternalServerError substatus: ServiceMisconfiguration message: Error in user resource routing, not propagating the failure code to the client.

Resolution:
