Users Unable to Access Shared Model-Driven App in Power Platform

What’s happening?

Users are unable to access a model-driven app shared with them. 

Reason:

This can occur if Microsoft Entra group teams are used to control app access. When using group teams, users in Dynamics are created automatically only when they first access the environment. If they try to access the link from an app before they have logged in, their user has not yet been created nor has permission granted through the share.

Resolution:

When using Microsoft Entra groups in Dynamics 365, ensure new users have logged into the environment before they access any shared records or apps via a link.
