What’s happening?

When users upload attachments to notes in visit records and click "Save and Close," the attachments are not saved. However, clicking "Save" successfully saves the attachments.

Reason:

The "Save and Close" action only saves content within the text editor description field and does not automatically save related attachments for notes, as these attachments are not stored within the description field.

Resolution:

To ensure attachments are saved successfully, users must manually save the note attachments separately before clicking "Save and Close."
