What’s happening?
Can a user create a customized modern driven app (MDA) if they only purchase a Customer Insights license?
Reason:
The Customer Insights license alone may not provide full access or capabilities required to create customized modern driven apps.
Resolution:
If you only have a Customer Insights license, you may encounter limitations such as restrictions on the number of applications you can create or limitations on code customization. To gain full access and capabilities for creating your own customized modern driven apps, it is recommended to purchase a Power Apps-related license.
