What's happening?

Appointments are not appearing on the schedule board within Dynamics 365 Customer Service.

Reason:

The "Include Appointments" setting was not enabled in the Resource Scheduling application.

Resolution:

To resolve this, ensure the "Include Appointments" setting is enabled by following these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Resource Scheduling app.
  2. Go to Settings > Administration > Scheduling Parameters.
  3. Set "Include Appointments" to "Yes".
  4. Save the change.

Once this setting is enabled, appointment blocks will appear correctly on the schedule board.
