What's happening?

Certain new release wave features are not enabled or available in the Dynamics 365 Customer Service instance.

Reason:

The features are being rolled out gradually and may not yet be fully enabled in the customer's instance.

Resolution:

The rollout of these features is expected to be completed by a specified timeline. Customers experiencing this should wait until the end of the rollout period. If the features remain unavailable after the rollout completion date, further investigation by support will be necessary.
