What's happening?
Users are unable to use the "Pop Out" feature to export PDFs for Knowledge Articles (KA) within the Customer Service Workspace.
Reason:
The "Pop Out" functionality for exporting PDFs in Customer Service Workspace is currently not supported by design.
Resolution:
The product team has confirmed that the absence of the "Pop Out" button for exporting PDFs in Customer Service Workspace is by design. This feature is not customizable and is intentionally not available in the current product implementation.
