What's happening?

Users are experiencing difficulty using the new "modern" schedule board in Dynamics 365 Field Service and are seeking a way to revert to the legacy vertical layout.

Reason:

The option to switch back to the legacy vertical layout has been removed in recent updates.

Resolution:

The option to revert to the legacy  schedule board has been removed and is no longer available.  For more information, refer to the links below:
