What’s happening?
In Dynamics 365 Sales Hub, the delete button for the accounts entity is greyed out and cannot be used.
Reason:
The ribbon metadata may be corrupted or outdated, causing the delete button to become inactive.
Resolution:
Regenerate the ribbon metadata by following the steps provided in the official documentation:

After regenerating the ribbon metadata, verify if the delete button is active and functioning as expected.
