Email attachments not appearing in email records in Dynamics 365 despite being visible in the original received email opened from a mail client.
Reason:
Attachments may be blocked due to exceeding the allowed size limit for attachments.
Resolution:
For Email Attachments Not Displayed in Timeline:
Check the size of the email attachment and compare to the setting "Set file size limit for attachments" in Power Platform admin center. Adjust this setting as necessary to allow attachments.
