What’s happening?

Topics configured in Power Virtual Agents (classic) are no longer visible, preventing users from viewing or modifying existing bot content.

Reason:

Compatibility issues between the classic version of Power Virtual Agents and the new Copilot Studio resulted in a display bug.

Resolution:

To resolve this issue, upgrade the classic bot to the new Copilot Studio version. Follow the steps below:

Export the existing classic bot.
Re-import the exported bot into the new Copilot Studio to ensure it automatically updates to the latest version.
