What’s happening?

A customer signed up for a free trial of Dynamics 365 Customer Service Team Member but is unable to install it. The application does not appear in the advanced settings list, preventing installation.

Reason:

The user attempting to install the application does not have administrator privileges. Only Global Administrators or Dynamics 365 Administrators can install and configure apps within an environment.

Resolution:

To resolve this issue, ensure that the user performing the installation has administrator privileges. Administrator rights are necessary to install the Customer Service Team Member application. For detailed instructions, refer to the following documentation:
