Formatdatetime outlook receive date

Hello everyone,

i try to get the received date from outlook email but i get a null variable all the time can someone help me .

    Hello @Hedibn 

     

    Could you use the trigger for when an email is received? There are two, one for your personal mailbox and one for a shared mailbox.

     

    That is how we capture received date/time.

    the email will be tracked from outlook to dynamics crm and the trigger is when the email is in dynamics crm created then  i want to have the received date from outlook and to make ti in dynamics crm

    I have made a test on my side and don't have the issue that you mentioned.

    Please take a try to create a new flow and refer to screenshot below to create the flow:
