I have a Sort/Filter DropDown list, drawing from my table, and the format of the Date Output is in the wrong format - MM/DD/YYYY, how would I change this format to DD/MM/YYYY whilst maintaining current functionality
Sort(Filter('TT Events', StartDate >= Today() && Title = DataCardValue6.Selected.Value).StartDate,SortOrder.Ascending)

Your case would be:
Sort(
Filter(
'TT Events',
StartDate >= Today() &&
Title = DataCardValue6.Selected.Value
).StartDate,
SortOrder.Ascending,
Text(StartDate, "dd/mm/yyyy")
)
