Get items (large list ~300,000 items)

I want to filter a list that contains ~300,000 items, based on FileName (contains duplicates).

Based on this filter, i want to update the field (validity), so the latest one is "Latest" and all others are "old".

Combination of FileName and revision columns are unique items

Thanks....

    Hi @Abaamer

Do you have a date column for when they are created? Also, when do you want this flow to run? And how do you decide which rows (meaning unique filenames) you want to change?

So you want to find all the rows that belong to each Unique File name, then update the latest one (again how do you decide this based on Created Date?), mark that one as Latest and the others as old.

But doesn't the Created Date and Modified Dates already do this for you? I totally will help you write this, but depending on your reason, maybe there is an easier way

If I have helped you, I would really appreciate if you please Mark my answer as Resolved/Answered, and give it a thumbs up, so it can help others

    Cheers

It is a list of fields : shop drawings (FileName), revision, issued date and calculated column FileName&revision (unique).

The Flow is triggered when an item is created, I wanted to get all items with similar FileName, mark the latest one (by created date or with highest revision) as "latest" and update the others to "old".

    Thanks....
