Merging two 1 column tables into a single 1 column table

Hi all,

I have a gallery that I want to use to display two tables worth of information to the user. The Gallery is only a single text label in the template which displays the text in the tables column. The Gallery then has a row for every row in the table.

These two tables only have one column each. The columns on the tables are labeled differently however, one being "No." and the other being "Value".

I want these galleries to update automatically when the tables change, so I don't want to have to have a button for the user to click to merge the two tables which then get displayed in the gallery. If possible I would like to have them be merged in the Gallery's Items field.

I have tried using ShowColumns and AddColumns as well as some other tricks but can't figure out a way to do it.

Thanks for the help

    Hi @BradonK ,

Can you show the gallery and the Text property of the Label from the gallery?

    Hi @VasileR ,

I actually found a solution to my problem as I was typing out a reply to you.

Something I didn't mention in my initial post is that the tables actually start out as string.

The strings are simply each item concatenated with a comma in between. Like so:

    "Item 1,Item 2,Item3,Item 4"

I was simply then splitting these strings by the comma and turning them into tables for the gallery.

In my head I was thinking I then needed to merge the two tables.

But as I was typing out my reply to you, I was going to mention the whole 'they start as strings' thing and realised I can just concatenate the two string and then turn them into a table.

I suppose the whole rubber ducky workflow thing works pretty well.

Sorry for the trouble, all I needed was a much simpler solution.

    Thanks
