Word doc auto follow up/reminder/email

Hi everyone,
We work daily with various files (created with a Word template) and I would like to sent an email automatically per file on a predefined date (with a link to the file in Onedrive, Teams or Sharepoint) to those who’s has created the file + to 1 general e-mail address to follow up the file.
I had in mind to work with a document that must always contain the name of the editor, as well as the date of the next check so that it can be used for the mailing.
Is this possible via Power automate?
Thanks in advance for all the help and tips!!

    Hi @JorgM ,

May be for your scenario, you can create an automated flow with the below template

or use blank template, then follow below listed steps.

    1. Add variable and compose to get the details about the email address from the File updated by and other generic email address for CC.

    2. Add Send a Outlook email (V2) and configure all the parameters like To, CC, Subject and Body of the email.

    3. You can include the link of the file in the body of the email.

Please click the button "Accept as solution" and give thumbs up, if it is helpful for you.

    Hi @ArchitectMadhan ,

Thanks for all the info and it will help for a part of the solution.

The difficult part is that different people could/will open the same document en make some changes in it and when that happens I would like that the system automatically send again a new mail after a few days (as a reminder) to the one who has made de changes and a Cc to the general mail.

And ... when the follow-up of the document is done (with a button in the doc or something?) the email stops.

    Thanks again for helping me.

    Hi @JorgM ,

For you scenario, you need to have 2 flows:

    1. Flow 1 (Automated Flow): That will be triggered based on the modified date field update in SharePoint Document library, It will send email having the To address (Modified By) and CC to other generic email address.

    2. Flow 2 (Scheduled Flow): This would be triggered daily once at a scheduled time, It should compare the date/time difference between current date and modified date. If the date difference is good to send a reminder email then it will the email with all configured values.
