PowerApps Gallery can't view Data from Excel because of Number Format of the Cell

Hello,

I've a Excel Worksheet in Sharepoint and I want to build a Gallery with that and this works fine, but my Problem is that I have dates in my Excel Worksheet (Number Format = Date) and these are not displayed. When I change the Number Format to Text, everything is fine, but I want it to keep it as a Date Format.

Can I change something in my PowerApp to display my Date, without changing the Number Format in Excel?

Dates and Excel are problematic at best - the simplest solution is Text (as you have noted).

Hi @LenKlim ,

Store as a number and convert that as per this guide. With Text, DateValue(ExcelValue) to read and Text(YourDate,"dd/mm/yyy") to store is easier.
