Hi

I have a small icon that I only wish to show if the an item in the collection meet the criteria.
If I do the following on the item gallery itself it works, but I can't do it on the collection as I want to display the icon outside of the gallery.

Gallery item Visible properties, works with the below.

If(ThisItem.'Last Comment Made By'.Email = Blank() ||
ThisItem.'Requested By'.Email = ThisItem.'Last Comment Made By'.Email ||
ThisItem.Status.Value = "Closed", false, true)

Trying it on the collection. Not working icon is displayed even if the collection have 0 items.

If(CountRows(Filter(TicketsCollection,
 'Last Comment Made By'.Email = Blank() ||
 'Requested By'.Email = 'Last Comment Made By'.Email ||
 Status.Value = "Closed"))>0, false, true)

To clarify what I'm trying to achieve.

- Show icon if the collection contains 1 or more items where the following criteria is meet.

Filter out items where "Last Comment Made By" is Blank (Does not contain anything)

Filter out items where "Requested By" = "Last Comment Made By"

Filter out items where the "Status" is eq to "Closed"

    This seems to be the correct way 🙂

    If(CountRows(Filter(TicketsCollection,
     'Last Comment Made By'.Email <> Blank() &&
     'Requested By'.Email <> 'Last Comment Made By'.Email &&
     Status.Value <> "Closed"))>0, true, false)
