Hello,
I'm developing an app that displays a questionnaire with options and descriptions for each option. The data is pulled from a SharePoint list, where options are stored in a single column separated by ";". I'm using a Gallery to display the list on Power Apps, but I'm unsure how to show the description next to each option, especially since some options have multiline descriptions.
Any guidance would be appreciated!

Thank you for your questions. Here are my answers:
Does the app just display the questionnaire, or do users complete it using the app? Users should complete the questionnaire within the app. This is why I need to ensure they understand all options before answering.
How are the descriptions stored? I’m storing the descriptions in the same way as the options. This might not be the best approach, so I’m open to any suggestions.
How are you matching each option with its description if they are stored in one column, separated by a semicolon? I’m splitting the descriptions by semicolons, just like the options, since they are in a single column.
Are you using split() to separate the option column? Yes, I’m using split() for both the options and descriptions.

Is one column also used to display descriptions for all options? Yes.
Are you just placing these columns next to each other? Yes, using radio buttons that are not clickable. See the attached image for reference.
