I know there are challenges with attachments and PowerApps.
Is there a way of copying a list item with attachments from one list to a second list where both lists have the same content type, using PowerApps Only ?

To put some context around this...
I have a list of submissions and one of the submissions has not been approved.
I want to be able to resubmit the item, but as the original submission was days even weeks ago I cannot use LastSubmit.
So my plan was to copy the submission (with attachments) as a way of resubmitting the original submission.
