I have a flow from MS Forms to 3rd party API using HTTP Put. The flow was working fine. Then one test caused it to fail, now even the simple tests that once past fail with error InternalServerError. Does anyone know how to reset the flow? I tried to Turn OFF and then back ON.
1. Go to Run History (on the flow page). Click on the failed run and look for the error message in the HTTP action. See what it says and what might have changed.
2. Test the API Separately using a tool like Postman. Send the same HTTP PUT request with the same data to the API. If it fails here too, the problem is with the API, not your flow.
3. Fix Your Flow as below
Recreate the HTTP Step:
Open your flow.
Delete the HTTP PUT action.
Add a new HTTP action and set it up again (copy/paste the URL, headers, and body from the old action).
Check the Connection:
Go to Data > Connections in Power Automate.
Remove the connection used for the HTTP action (like an API key or login).
Add it back and reconnect.
4. Test Again , Run the flow with very simple data to see if it works.
If it works, try your more complicated data.
