Power Automate Community,

I need some direction/ assistance. If there is already a video out there on this subject please advise I'm new to the world of Power Automate and I have not found a video on YouTube that covers this issue.  I have been able to build some email to excel flows Compose Expressions that worked great.  The problem I'm running into is that my data set is not formatted where each item I need to extract is on it's own line.  What I'm running into is multiple data points I need to extract being on the same line.  The data I need to extract from the below example is the "Company Name", the "Case #", the "Subject", and the "Description"

"*** CASE -ASSIGNMENT NOTIFICATION *** The following New Case has been assigned",

"to a new Queue. Company: XYZ Company Contact Name: Mylene Magboo Case",

"#: 00282495 Subject: Devices stopped communicating in Skokie, IL 60077",

"Description: Customer devices at the attached location in Skokie, IL that",

"stopped reporting at 9:04AM on 8/3/22.

I tried to write a Compose Expression of

split(body('Filter_array')[2], ':')[1]   but all that got me was everything after the Company:

Any videos you can point me to or examples of how I need to set up each Compose statement would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance for your assistance / education

@ohostetler Is this email format same for all in coming mails? Then you can use split().

Suppose you want to extract Company Name- Put above mail text in a compose.

    Last(First(Split('Your Compose Output','Contact Name')),'Company:')

You can similarly try for other text.

Please 'Thumbs Up' the posts that helped you and 'Accept as Solution' if my post answered your question.
