Can't save to SharePoint Online List from PowerApp iOS?

I've built a PowerApp connecting to a custom list in SPO. Everything was coming up perfectly until I attempted to edit or create new on mobile. If I touch the check, nothing happens. 

Any ideas?

    Hi Treb,

    Where is the "check"?

    For troubleshooting this issue better, could you provide any screenshots about this issue? It will make others in the forum easy to help you troubleshot this issue.

    In addition, please mark sure your SharePoint Online connection is ok on the mobile. And  also please create a new SharePoint Online connection using an account having proper permission, then test again.
