UI Flow is not triggered from cloud

Hi fellows,

 

I have 2 UI flows:

  • 1st: One with a simple pop-up message, the message is hard-coded
  • 2nd: One contains a subflow which has just a simple pop-up message, the message is an input variable which should be inserted when triggering the flow

I set up a manual trigger online and tested the 2 UI flows:

  •  1st: it is triggered with 5-10 seconds delay
  • 2nd: it is never triggered

 

Does anyone have any idea what could be the issue?

    Hi @HellitonWoo ,

     

    For the first UI flow, the time it takes to load and run the flow is dependent on your internet connection speed. And for the second UI Flow could you please make sure that you are parsing an input variable in the flow when it triggers. If it still doesn't work, could you please share any error logs and run details with us. Thanks!
