I am trying to replicate this(https://www.enjoysharepoint.com/send-birthday-emails-from-excel-using-power-automate/). But I keep getting this error

Action 'Compose' failed: Unable to process template language expressions
in action 'Compose' inputs at line '0' and column '0': 'In function
'formatDateTime', the value provided for date time string '45561' was
not valid. The datetime string must match ISO 8601 format.'.

This is co-pilots response. However, I have checked and I did it as the guide did

In this Microsoft Power Automate tutorial, I’ll show you how to build a flow that will send a Happy Birthday email to a user based on a date column in a SharePoint list.
