Power Platform Community Forum Thread Details

I have a flow that exports gallery items as a csv file however some of the users experience a 401 error when they try to export it. Despite all of us being on the security group, some of the users get the error when using Chrome but it works on Edge and others have the same problem with vice versa.

I've noticed that some who get the error can't access the make.powerapps.com site on a particular browser, while others can access the site on that same browser but still get the 401 error. I'm really having trouble understanding why.
