Flow for auto change column value in Sharepoint

Dear all,

Good day to you.

In my company, there is a policy for retention in Sharepoint that the files are not modified within 3 years will totally remove but our Finance team need to save these files longer than 3 years for audit so I come with them with a trick in Sharepoint that I add a new column Yes/No for their site and whenever they modify this column into Yes (default is No) then the modified date of files will be updated latest time. Example is below for your reference

Therefore, I write this new thread to seek for help to build a flow that will automatically change the value column from No to Yes. I wonder if we can build a flow for this? Any helps will be appreciated.

@Anonymous I understand correctly you want to update the Yes, No Column in Microsoft Power Automate.

So you want to loop through all the documents in a library\Folder.
Update the column\ such that the modified date also get updated?

If yes, you can use the Update File Properties action:
